Attend a two days NCC (Negotiator Certification Course) from MIEA (Malaysia Institute of Estate Agents) to obtain the negotiator certificate.

MegaHarta Real Estate will register you with the The Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)

Obtain your REN tag issued by the BOVAEP and your real estate journey shall begin.
