Joseph Chieng holds a degree in Business Information System and also certified Project Management Professional, which led him into the Computing / IT industry for 14 years. He worked with numerous International MNC companies like Electronic Data System (EDS), Hewlett Packard (HP) and DHL.
End of year 2012, Joseph decided to take a challenge by having a total switch in his career path into the Real Estate Industry and that was the peak of the Property Market in Malaysia. He joined MegaHarta Real Estate Sdn Bhd @ PJ as his first Estate Agency as a Senior Real Estate Negotiator back in year 2013.
Thereafter, he pursued further his education for Diploma in Real Estate in order to better equip himself in terms of knowledge for his customers. Joseph has eventually graduated with his Diploma in Real Estate and registered with BOVEA in year 2018 as Probationary Estate Agent [PEA2093].
Since he has been working with MNC companies in the past years and dealing with a lot of Expats from different countries, therefore he has targeted his servicing areas in Mont Kiara, KL Sentral, Ampang and KLCC where most Expats are located.
Joseph has been an active Real Estate Negotiator for many years, primarily in the secondary property market for both rental and sub-sale properties. He has excellent experience and track record in dealing with a wide range of high-end Malaysia properties around KLCC and Klang Valley area for both local and oversea investors. Joseph has been appointed by many Corporates, Relocation Companies and Embassies in arranging their Expats’ accommodation and relocation needs in Malaysia.
